Poker tricks and strategy for beginners

Here and everywhere else poker strategy are the ones which we need to be successful in poker arena. More so for young players who never think of patience as a virtue. I have come up with four easy and simple to follow steps four any poker beginner player. I had used them my self once and Now I am sharing it with all my readers:

1. Set up your bankroll somewhere between 20 and 50 units, each about $5 in value. Baccarat is often a high limit game and you may have to risk at least 20 units of up $25 each, meaning a $500 bankroll.

2. When you sit down at the table, ask for and get a score card. Record every result in a readable form using standard notations of P for player and B for bank.

3. Watch the play and when you feel confident start betting at units of say $25 a hand. Do this for the first 20 or 30 hands.

4. Watch how the game is played during these first 20 to 30 hands. Look for obvious trends in the game. Watch the dealing and the play. For example, see if the shoe is “choppy”, with player and banker switching back and forth many hands in succession. See if there are short-term streaks like P, P, P, B, P, B, B, B.

Now for a regular players like me here are some buts I think that might be of use too.

  • Card Counting, a strategy which can be used to advantage when playing blackjack has always attracted attention among Baccarat players. Many players believe that is a possible method for winning at Baccarat as well. Here’s how it works
  • Baccarat players seek out trends. The rollers watch for these trends and then consider whether to continue or reverse direction. A gambler will begin to bet on a streak taking place if the last 30 odd hands have been unpredictable. In order to do this, he will simply continue betting according to whatever the last hand was

Well you might think of that how I come up with such ideas very often and get a lots of thank you messages for it. Well it is not that I discover them mostly i look for poker tricks site and use these tricks in my own game play, the one which turn out quite well are then given to you guys. Easy and Effective tricks for POKER

A Stupid Casino Trick is when we do something stupid in the casino due to impulse, excitement, alcohol or bad judgment. Here’s a list you may have done and should avoid.

Stupid Casino Trick #1 - Blackjack, Doubling Down on 12.

Don’t gasp. I said this would be a collection of bonehead maneuvers.

The “logic” behind doubling down on a 12 count is that: a. the dealer is showing something poor, like a 4-5-6, and b. you’re guessing or counting that the deck is rich in non-face cards and you’re due for something low.

Problem is, there isn’t one basic strategy chart in the world that recommends doubling down when you are in danger of busting. It’s mathematically dumb, and more often than not, based on hunches or instincts. Think about it: even if the deck is stacked with low cards, odds are the dealer will also pull a few low cards. And you’re on the hook to double your loss. Don’t do it.

Stupid Casino Trick #2 - Poker, Coming to the table with a short stack.

I couldn’t leave out this dumb-dumb because it’s so popular and we’ve all done it. I’m going to paint a picture. Tell me if you’re in it:

It’s your first time playing poker in an online poker room or land-based casino. You’ve seen pros on TV and you’re ready to test yourself. But you’re going to start small … $50 sound good?

Do yourself a favor. Don’t go to a table without enough chips to compete. With a short stack, you’re in danger of getting blinded out from the first deal. There are some games like craps and poker that you simply can’t nickel and dime and expect success. Bring enough cash to cover your bets or you’re what’s called “dead money.”

Or better yet, try tournaments. You can buy a huge stack of chips for very little money and play for hours. If you win, you’ll win several times your entry, and often even bonus prizes (like seats to the World Series of Poker). And if you lose, you had fun for hours and gained valuable experience.
